ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Welcome to Kanji Sensei provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), which may be updated by us from time to time without notice to you. In addition, when using particular Kanji Sensei services, you and Kanji Sensei shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services which may be posted from time to time. All such guidelines or rules (including but not limited to our Spam Policy) are hereby incorporated by reference into the TOS.
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Kanji Sensei currently provides Japanese kanji translation online service, including, various pre-made Japanese symbols and characters. You understand and agree that the Service is provided online and that Kanji Sensei assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications. You also understand and agree that the service may include certain communications from Kanji Sensei, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the Kanji Sensei's special Newsletter. You are responsible for paying fees with paypal, and follow paypal's guideline at the payment section.
YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS
You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Service's registration form. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Kanji Sensei has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Kanji Sensei has the right to refuse any and all current or future use of the Service. Kanji Sensei is concerned about the safety and privacy of all its user. Please be aware that collected information will never be shared wth any third parties except Paypal. At Paypal, you need to enter the information about your self in order to pay the service fee, and you agree to provide such information to Paypal.
INTERNATIONAL USE
Recognizing the global nature of the Internet, you agree to comply with all local rules regarding online conduct and acceptable Content. Specifically, you agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding the transmission of technical data exported from the Australia or the country in which you reside.
NO RESALE OF SERVICE
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service such as Japanese Symbols and kanji characters we sell.
NO TRADEMARK
The logo using the font images we provide can't be copyrighted or registered as a trademark.
Approval or Rejection.
Upon Kanji sensei’s notification of delivery of the Translated Works, Customer will have strictly 120 hours to review the Translated Works. Customer may approve the Translated Works via email. If Customer does not take action via the email within the 120 hour review period, the Translated Works will be deemed “Approved” . Once “Approved”, no alterations, revisions, or refunds of the Translated Works will be provided. Due to the nature of language translation, errors in translations will inevitably occur. Customers may reject the Translated Works within the 120 hour review period if it reasonably determines that it does not meet the Quality Level that was ordered. If Kanji sensei determines that the Translated Works that you have rejected did not meet the quality level specified in the Order, then Kanji sensei will honor the rejection and provide a retranslation or allow the Order to be cancelled.
Kanji sensei’s liability will be limited to correcting the errors or providing refund.
Disclaimer. You agree to review any Translated Works before making such content public, and you expressly agree that Kanji sensei will not have any liability or indemnity obligations to you based on the Translated Works if you fail to do so.

The Service may provide, or third parties may provide, links to other World Wide Web sites or resources. Because Kanji Sensei has no control over such sites and resources, you acknowledge and agree that Kanji Sensei is not responsible for the availability of such external sites or resources, and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any Content, advertising, products, or other materials on or available from such sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that Kanji Sensei shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such Content, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource.
KANJI SENSEI'S PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
You acknowledge and agree that the Service and any necessary software used in connection with the Service contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws.
